Our main Sunday service at
10.45am is lively and informal with a contemporary feel. We use a blend of
new worship songs and traditional hymns to complement the theme of the service.
We love to worship the Lord and believe that we
can experience God's presence through Spirit filled worship. The teaching
is centred on the authority of the Bible and its relevance for our lives today.
The worship is led by our music group. They work
closely with those who lead and preach and meet regularly for music practice
and for prayer. Their aim is to help everyone to encounter God in worship.
We share family communion on
the second
Sunday of each month.
Children and young people go
out part-way through the service for their own programmes led by the youth
worker and ministry team. There are also crèche facilities where you can
take your baby or toddler at any time during the service. You can continue
to listen to the service through the relay system.
We welcome children of all ages into worship.
A craft activity is organised prior to the start of the service (the children's
quiet corner) so that you can relax into the presence of God. Our aim is
to support parents by helping the children to feel part of worship.
A shorter service
is held at 9am with a more traditional format and monthly communion.
